yay it’s shinzi katoh

Shinzi Katoh has opened up a webshop in the UK! They only sell bags whereas Katoh’s Japanese website sells all sorts of goodies like fabric and chopstick rests. Let’s hope they increase their stock with more cuteness.

I love the way cake version of Chidi Ogbuta looks like a dark tranny. Read the story here or just keep laughing at the photo.

loving the sound of adele

I’m loving the dulcet sound of Adele. I don’t know why she’s chasing pavements but I can’t stop playing her songs.

obligatory new year post

We spent our New Year in Eydon, Northamptonshire with C’s family had a lovely time cosying up by the fire. There was a party on New Year’s Eve at their house and lots of people from the village attended. At about 10 to midnight we walked up to the church and watched the bellringers welcome in the New Year. Then we all joined hands and sang Aud Langs Syne of which I had to mumble most of the lyrics as I don’t really know the words. Even though I’m not a churchy person I do like Eydon’s church and it’s full of history.

As to what 2008 holds: hopefully C and I will get married and then it’s time to think about having babies! Oh and if I could get a new job in the meantime that’d be just great too.
