Saw this outisde a newsagents in Manchester city centre. I was rather tempted to add an apostrophe.
I have just travelled on a bus from Manchester city centre and found myself sat next to a young chav girl (head-to-toe sportswear) talking to her friend. Over the course of the conversation I found out that she was out on bail and happy that her electronic tagging and curfew would be over next week. Her dialogue was peppered with swear words and she sounded like a cross between Vicki from Little Britain (yeh but no but..) and Lauren from The Catherine Tate show (am I bovered?). As I alighted the bus I caught a strong whiff of dope which seemed to be coming from the driver but which may have been wafting from the top deck of the bus.
I’ve been in Didsbury, Manchester all week long using up some holiday time with C. I haven’t done a great deal as the game Black and White has taken over my life and time.
We are hoping to go on holiday in September and are looking at hostels in Prague. One hostel in particular has caught my eye because of the special resident “part of the staff is also our housecat – to cuddle”. This also sounds right up our street, “refurbished rooms in former convent cells turned into secret police interrogation cells under communism”.
I have just found out that in Prague’s zoo they have two red pandas!! WOW that’s made me so excited because I’m crazy about little red pandas!
