Saw this on lipglossing

Give and Makeup is a non-profit initiative who give everyday essentials to women and children in refuges. What they want is shampoo, conditioner, make-up, toothpaste etcetera. Even used items are great as long as you would give it to a friend.

I have lots of bits and bobs knocking about that I no longer use but feel I can’t sell on because I’ve used a tiny bit. BeautyBay.com are generously providing FREE postage on all Give and Make-Up donations until 1st March 2011. Simply email online.marketing@beautybay.com to receive a copy. These labels will have a 2kg weight limit so please split up if you have more than 2kg. Beautybay.com will email a 10% voucher after they receive the donation as a way of saying thanks.

A couple of weeks ago Darwin got his head round this walking business and took his first steps. On the Monday he decided to stand up by himself and by Wednesday he was taking toddling across the room. He’s a way off walking far outside but he made us so happy to see his first steps.

Please excuse my screeching, I don’t always sound like that. I do tend to sound high-pitched on videos of me getting excited over Darwin though. That’s my husband enticing Darwin with a bus driver/mobile phone/panda.
